Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, excluding sale items, personalized items, and custom orders. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Returns, excluding sale items, personalized items, and custom orders, may be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the return of an item.

You will be notified once the returned item has been received and inspected by us. If the item(s) meets the conditions for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment.

All sale items, personalized items, and custom orders are Final Sale.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item(s).

Please inform us immediately if a product arrives damaged. Email pictures clearly showing any damage to within 24 hours of receiving your product.
